Could i be pregnant? position of my cervix is confusing me a little bit?

I am having a few signs of pregnancy...but like you all know those are signs of AF coming as well. My period is due in about 2 to 3 days and the position of my cervix is VERY high, OPEN, and sort of firm. Ive been reading about it on the internet and it says right before your period it should be very low and closed. Just wondering if this is a sign of pregnancy or maybe it just varys depending on the woman. Educated Answers Only please!
