Is there any Civil or Mechanical Engineering firms/companies that are transgender friendly ?

I keep reading a hearing stories about transgender women ( Male transitioned to Female ) getting fired in mechanical and civil engineering. Do any of you know of a positive story that the firms supported the transgender person ?
